Mecon Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Officer (HR) to support the Human Resources team in managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured corporate environment.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS software.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
