Role Overview

Mecon Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Civil) to support our civil engineering projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering structures (buildings, roads, bridges, foundations, etc.).

• Prepare drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation under supervision.

• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks.

• Support project execution, including monitoring construction activities and ensuring adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or similar software.

  • Knowledge of structural analysis, RCC design, and construction materials.

  • Familiarity with surveying techniques and project estimation.

  • Basic understanding of project management and site supervision.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
